1. Application:
For batch brake pads curing, we usually stack brake pads in turnover box, and use forklift to put 4-6 boxes on the trolley, then push the trolley into curing oven by guide rail. But sometimes the R&D Department will develop new materials and test its performance. It also needs to make finished brake pads for testing, thus also need to put into oven for curing. In order not to mix the test product with the mass-produced product, we need to cure the tested brake pads separately. So we especially designed the lab curing oven for small amount brake pads curing, which can also save more cost and efficiency.
The lab curing oven is much smaller than curing oven, which can be placed in factory lab area. It equips same functions with normal curing oven, and can also set the curing program.

2. Our Advantages:
1. Use solid-state relay regulates heating power and effectively saves energy.

2. Strict Security control:
2.1 Set up an over-temperature alarm system. When the temperature in the oven changes abnormally, it will send an audible and visual alarm and automatically cut off the heating power supply.
2.2 The motor and heating interlock device is configured, that is, the air is blown before heating, to prevent the electric heater from burning out and causing accidents.

3. Circuit Protection Measure:
3.1 Motor over-current protection prevents motor burning and tripping.
3.2 Electric heater over-current protection prevents electric heater from short circuit.
3.3 Control circuit protection prevents circuit short circuit from causing accidents.
3.4 The circuit breaker prevents the main circuit from overload or short circuit, causing accidents.
3.5 Prevent damage to curing brake pads due to increased curing time after power failure.

4. Temperature control:
Adopts Xiamen Yuguang AI526P series intelligent program digital temperature controller, with PID self-tuning, temperature sensing element PT100, and Max. temperature buzzer alarm.
