Surface cleaning machine
After the grinding, slotting and chamfering section, there are a layer of dust on the brake pad. In order to get the best paint or powder coating on the surface, we need to clean up the excess dust. Thus, we especially design the surface cleaning machine, which connect the grinding machine and coating line. The equipment is applied to the cleaning process of steel back surface of automobile brake pad, which can meet the requirements of cleaning surface rust and oxidation. It can continuously feed and unload the brake pad. It also has the characteristics of convenient operation and good efficiency.
The machine includes frame, splint, cleaning mechanism, conveying mechanism and dust suction mechanism. The cleaning mechanism includes motor base, V-shaped sliding table support plate, z-axis lifting mechanism which can be lifted up and down, and the angle can be moved left and right. Each part of the dust suction device has a separate dust suction port.
Connect by the conveyor belt, the brake pads can be automatically send into the clean machine, after clean by the brushes thoroughly, it will enter the spraying coating line. This equipment is especially suitable for passenger car and commercial vehicle brake pads.
