Dust removal and environmental protection measures

During the brake pad production process, especially the friction material mixing and brake pads grinding process, it will cost huge dust in the workshop. In order to make the working environment clean and less dust, some of the brake pad making machines need to connect with the Dust collect machine.

The main body of the dust collect machine is installed outside the factory (like the picture below). Use soft tubes to connect the dust removal port of each equipment to the large dust removal pipes above the equipment. Finally, the large dust removal pipes will be gathered together and connected to the main body outside the factory to form a complete dust removal equipment. For dust collect system, it suggests to use 22 kW power.

Pipe connection:

1. The most important is the Grinding machine and Gleaning machine must connect with dust collect machine, because this two machines create too much dust. Pls use soft tube connect with the machines and Iron sheet pipe with 2-3mm, and expend the iron sheet pipe to the dust collect machine. Take below picture for your reference.

2. If you have higher requirements for the workshop environment, the following two machines also need to be connected with dust removal pipes. (Weighing machine & Raw material mixing machine). Especially the raw material mixing machine, it will cost huge dust during discharging.

3. Curing Oven in the process of brake pads heating will also create a lot of exhaust gas, need to be discharged to the outside of the factory through the iron pipe, the diameter of the iron pipe should be more than 150 mm, high temperature resistant.
