The aluminum castings of motorcycle brake shoes are manufactured through die casting technology. Die casting is a metal casting process that involves injecting molten metal into the cavity of a metal mold under high pressure, then cooling and solidifying to form the desired shape.
In the process of manufacturing motorcycle brake shoes, aluminum alloy materials need to be prepared first, and then heated to liquid state. Next, quickly pour the liquid metal into the pre designed mold, and the cooling system inside the mold will quickly lower the temperature of the metal, causing it to solidify into a solid state. Finally, open the mold, take out the formed aluminum brake shoe castings, and carry out subsequent treatments such as polishing, cleaning, and quality inspection.
We have also developed automated die-casting equipment, which can automatically complete the placement of inserts, removal of workpieces after die-casting molding. It greatly improves production efficiency and product quality, also reducing labor intensity and safety risks.
