Disc Grinding Machine – Type B
Application:
The disc grinder is for the grinding of disc brake pads friction lining. It is suitable to grind disc brake pads with big capacity, controlling friction material surface roughness and ensure parallelism requirement with back plate surface.
For motorcycle brake pads, it suitable to use Φ800mm disc type, with flat disc surface.
For passenger car brake pads, it suitable to use Φ600mm disc type, with ring groove disc surface. (The ring groove to adapt the brake pads with convex hull back plate)
Advantages:
Easy operation: Put the brake pads on the rotating disc, the brake pads will be fixed by the electric suction disc and go through coarse grinding, fine grinding, and brushing stations in sequence, and finally automatically drop to the box. It’s very easy for worker to operation.
Clear adjustment: Each brake pad has different thickness request, the worker need to measure the test pieces thickness and adjust the grinding parameters. The grinding adjust is controlled by hand wheel, and the grind value will show on the screen, which is easy for worker to observe.
High efficiency: You could place the brake pads on worktable continuously, the production capacity of this machine is big. It especially suitable for motorcycle brake pad processing.
