1. Application:

AWM-P607 Weighing and Sub-Packaging Machine is applicable to weighing and sub packaging projects. The main function of the equipment is to complete the process of feeding, weighing and sub packaging, combined with truss mechanical feeding and so on during the production of friction materials.

The machine is equipped with high precision sensors to reduce the weight error, which makes the brake pads meet the weight requirements.

The machine provide 2 types: Box type and Cup type

Cup type: suitable for car brake pads weighing. 36 cups material can weighed per time, worker pour material in mold one by one.

Advantages: no reqeust for mold cavity, more flexible.

Box type: suitable for motorcycle brake pads weighing. The material will be weighed in box, and worker can pour all material in the press mold at same time.

Request: The mold cavity for each model should be same.

2. Our advantages:

1. The automatic weighing machine can output the mixed raw material to the material cups accurately. It has 6 working stations, you can set the weight of each stations, and selectively open the stations to work.

2. If some stations has no cups, the discharge port won't output the materials.

3. Compare with the manually weighing, this machine greatly improve the efficiency, and very convenient to pull the material from material cups to the hot press machine.

4. It provides automatic and manual modes for your choice.

3. Sensor calibration tips:

1. Keep the other parts of the equipment stops work, and remains the machine in stable condition;

2. Remove the load and foreign matters from the weighing hopper, and press the “Clear” button after completion;

3. Put 200g weight on the hopper on A-1 station, and input the weight value after completion: 2000, accuracy 0.1;

4. Press the “Span calibration”, and the calibration is completed after the current weight and weight value are consistent;

5. The calibration of other stations is completed as same as the A-1 station.
