1. Application:

The RP820 20L Mixer is developed with reference to the German Ludige Mixer. It can be used to mix raw materials in the fields of chemicals, friction materials, food, medicine, etc. This machine is specially designed for laboratory formula research, and has the characteristics of uniform and accurate mixing ingredients, simple operation, stepless speed regulation, and timing shutdown.

2. Working Principle

Under the action of the moving ploughshare, the movement trajectories of the material particles crisscross and collide with each other, and the movement trajectories change at any time. This movement continues throughout the mixing process. The turbulent vortex generated by the ploughshare pushing the material avoids the immobile area, thereby quickly mixing the material evenly.

The RP820 mixer is equipped with a high-speed stirring knife. The function of the high-speed stirring knife is to break, prevent agglomeration and accelerate the uniform mixing. The blade can be quenched by medium carbon steel or made of low carbon steel by spraying cemented carbide on the surface.
