1. Application:

RP870 1200L plow and rake mixer is widely used in friction materials, steel, feed processing and other fields of raw materials mixing.

2. Working principle

In the middle of the horizontal axis of the circular barrel, there are multiple plough-shaped mixing shovels designed to rotate so that the material moves in the whole space of the barrel.One side of the barrel is equipped with a high-speed stirring knife, which is used to further improve the mixing efficiency and to break the lumps in the material to ensure that the powder, liquid and slurry additives are thoroughly mixed.Integrating mixing and crushing mechanism is the biggest advantage of the plough - rake mixer.

1. Continuous feeding and discharging, high mixing degree

The structure of the mixer is designed with single shaft and multiple rake teeth, and the rake teeth are arranged in different geometric shapes, so that the materials are thrown into a back and forth moving material curtain in the whole body of the mixer, so as to realize the cross mixing between materials.

This mixer is especially suitable for mixing powder and powder, and can also be used for mixing between powder and a small amount of liquid (binder), or mixing between materials with large specific gravity difference.
